The deposit is £100.00 per property per week and is non refundable unless let
Charges include VAT and all amenities
Your booking is confirmed on receipt of your deposit. Sub letting to approved tenant is permitted. Holiday insurance scheme available from Walmsley Baker (01637) 876879. The balance of the full rent will be requested at least two weeks before your arrival and is payable online by card or by cheque. Maximum number of persons stated must not be exceeded without permission excluding baby in cot.|
